Naďa has spent her career working at the intersection of HR, coaching, and organisational development — primarily in IT and financial services. She's a consultant and trainer with an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, driven by a belief that good HR work deserves honest conversation, even when that means challenging the status quo.
She founded Propaideia after years of seeing talented HR professionals held back — not by lack of skill or dedication, but by the absence of the right tools, structures, and support. Her work is built on the conviction that when HR people are properly equipped and genuinely heard, the whole organisation benefits.
Julie thinks like a designer — she looks at a problem and immediately wants to know if there's a simpler, better way. She came to HR not through years of practice but through genuine curiosity about people and how organisations work. She and Nada started Propaideia because they kept seeing the same fixable problems go unfixed.
