We work with HR teams in small and mid-sized companies — helping them build the culture, leadership, and people practices that actually make a difference. The human stuff that no tool can replace.
Propaideia — from the ancient Greek — was the path of preparation that leads a person toward full flourishing. The knowledge, practice, and guidance that opens the door to human excellence. That's still what good HR does. We just use better tools now.
Nada has spent her career working at the intersection of HR, coaching, and organisational development — mainly in IT and financial services. She's an experienced consultant and trainer with an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a reputation for telling HR teams what they actually need to hear rather than what they want to. She started Propaideia because she'd seen too many good HR people stuck in organisations that didn't give them the tools or support to do their job well.
Julie thinks like a designer — she looks at a problem and immediately wants to know if there's a simpler, better way. She came to HR not through years of practice but through genuine curiosity about people and how organisations work. She and Nada started Propaideia because they kept seeing the same fixable problems go unfixed.
